Wear resistant ceramic lining plate is mainly made of high-quality aluminum oxide powder (AL2O3) as the main raw material, with a small amount of other ingredients added. It is formed by machine pressing and then sintered at a high temperature of 1700 ° C in a high-temperature tunnel kiln. It has high toughness, high bending strength, and high wear resistance. Due to different material ratios, there are commonly two types of content: 92% and 95%.
Widely used in industries such as steel, thermal power, cement, coal, mining, ports, chemical engineering, etc. for material conveying equipment, hoppers, pipelines, elbows, valves, fan blades, chutes, ball mills, feeders, powder selection equipment, ball milling equipment and other mechanical equipment with high wear and tear.
Due to different construction methods, wear-resistant ceramic lining plates are divided into the following types:
① Adhesive type lining board is a ceramic adhesive used to stick wear-resistant ceramic lining board onto the inner surface of the equipment. This method is easy to install, suitable for large-scale construction, and saves maintenance time. Because the ceramic adhesive used is resistant to temperatures up to 150 ℃, it is mostly suitable for working environments at room temperature. According to their different shapes, they can be divided into flat lining plates, curved lining plates, trapezoidal lining plates, fan-shaped lining plates, large and small head lining plates, irregular parts, etc
② Welding type lining plate has a circular hole with a large upper part and a small lower part in the middle of the welding lining plate. The lining plate is first bonded and then welded to the equipment through the welding hole on the wear-resistant ceramic lining plate. The welding point is protected by a cover plate. Compared with the bonding lining plate, the steel bowl has stronger impact resistance and high temperature resistance, solving the limit of temperature influence on bonding. Combined with ceramic bonding, it achieves dual protection. Welding type lining plate is suitable for high-temperature pipelines (500 ℃) or parts with slight impact, such as kiln tail dust removal pipelines, humidification tower inlet and outlet pipelines, etc. According to their different shapes, they can be divided into flat orifice plates, curved orifice plates, reverse orifice curved plates, irregular parts, etc
③ The dovetail groove ceramic lining plate is fixed to the equipment through guide rails to achieve anti-wear effect. When in use, weld the guide rail to the wear-resistant part and control the distance between the rails. Then, connect the ceramic lining plate with the dovetail groove to the guide rail and embed the ceramic along the direction of the guide rail to complete the installation. Suitable for high temperature environments (around 750 ℃) for conveying large materials and as wear-resistant lining on equipment with strong impact force. The shape of the tailcoat can be flat or curved, and the position of the tailcoat groove also varies, which can be customized according to needs.
